With over 300 years of history, Finca Luna has been lovingly restored in a Moorish style, featuring stone walls and original wooden Sabina ceilings that create a truly eclectic ambiance. The interior showcases an eclectic mix of oriental furniture with modern design elements. The bedrooms are arranged around a Moroccan patio adorned with mosaic tiles and a central fountain, while the living room opens up to a roofed outdoor living space with comfortable sofas.

The south section of the finca offers two connecting double bedrooms, making it perfect for families. This area features a natural stone plunge pool with a roofed lounge terrace, a lovely outdoor shower, and bathroom. The property also boasts an enchanting swimming pool that enjoys beautiful sunsets, along with a bespoke outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a large roofed pool house for ultimate comfort and relaxation. Shaded spots created by olive and palm trees, as well as various sun terraces, surround the pool area. The pool house includes a table for 12 persons, ideal for leisurely lunches or starlit dinners.
Well-Appointed Accommodation
The main building of Finca Luna comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a TV room, and a small fireplace area. The master bedroom features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning. Outside in the courtyard, you will find Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3, both with double beds, en-suite bathrooms, and air conditioning. Bedroom 4 and 5 share a bathroom and have shared access, making it an ideal family room. Bedroom 4 offers a double bed, while Bedroom 5 can be set up with either a double or twin beds. Bedroom 4 and 5 also feature a terrace with a plunge pool/Jacuzzi and air conditioning.

The typical check-in and check-out day in Ibiza is Saturday. Throughout the high season in July and August, most owners strictly adhere to this schedule. However, during the low and mid-season, some properties may offer more flexibility.

What are the payment terms?
After choosing a property, it is required to place a deposit to secure the villa. The outstanding rental balance will be payable between two months and the check-in date, depending on the specific property and the terms of the agreement.
