Los Pinos features four double bedrooms, each boasting glass headboards, a TV, and a modern en-suite bathroom with twin sinks. Two of the bedrooms can be set up with twin beds upon request. The 29sq m master bedroom offers a king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing mesmerizing sea views, and a luxurious shower in the en-suite bathroom. Another spacious 29sq m bedroom also provides a king-size bed, while the two 30sq m double/twin rooms offer both showers and baths in their en-suite bathrooms.
Chic Interior Spaces
The ground floor of the villa features a bright and airy main living space divided into three areas that can be separated by glass doors or curtains. The all-white interiors and exteriors create a modern and breezy atmosphere, complemented by a double-height ceiling in the hallway. Sliding doors lead from the living area to both the sunset-facing front terrace and the shaded dining terrace at the back. Indoor and outdoor dining areas are available, comfortably seating up to eight guests. A modern kitchen, along with a laundry room, is conveniently located nearby.
Tranquil Outdoor Oasis
Step outside to discover the 84sq m pool, complete with a shallow sitting area along the edge and a deeper, tear-shaped section in the middle, surrounded by stylish sun loungers. An additional WC is situated under the house by the pool for added convenience. Lounge in the outdoor area equipped with daybeds or enjoy dining al fresco at the BBQ area that accommodates up to eight guests comfortably.
