Upon entering the villa, you will be greeted by a bright and comfortably furnished living/dining room (40m²) with satellite TV and a fireplace on the lower floor. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas cooker and electrical appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals. Additionally, there are two bedrooms (1 x 20m² + 1 x 10m²), one bathroom, and an additional living room on the lower floor. The upper floor houses the master bedroom (22m²) with an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort throughout the year.
