What are the payment terms?
After choosing a property, it is required to place a deposit to secure the villa. The outstanding rental balance will be payable between two months and the check-in date, depending on the specific property and the terms of the agreement.
What is included in the villa rental cost?
Our villa rental costs typically cover accommodation charges. Certain properties come with additional amenities such as cleaning, on-site staff, security, etc. In cases where these services are not included, they can be requested for an extra charge.
