On the lower level, you will find four bedrooms; one master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom with a shared bathroom, and a bedroom with a single bed connected to a compact outdoor shaded playground with various toys for children up to 8 years old. For extra accommodation, guests can also use the double sofa bed located near the single bedroom.

Minimum Stay Policy and Climate Change Resilient Fee

The villa has a minimum stay policy of 7 overnights in high season (JUL-AUG), 4 overnights in med season (MAY-JUN), and 3 overnights in low season (APR-SEP-OCT). In accordance with the latest Greek Law Regulations, there is an extra climate change resilient fee of 15 € per villa per night, which is not included in the rental rate.
