With direct access to the pergola, exterior lounge, dining area, and infinity pool, there is a natural flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The first floor houses two striking master bedrooms, each boasting an ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, and a private veranda with stunning sea and sunset views.
Luxurious Amenities and Wellness Room
The lower level of the villa comprises two ensuite master bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and additional sleeping space on a sofa. Guests will delight in the wellness room, complete with fitness equipment, a hammam, and a sofa convertible into an extra bed. The lower wing features another master bedroom with a well-equipped kitchenette, ideal for staff or additional guests.
Charming Guest House and Serene Garden
The tastefully decorated guest house offers a private veranda with sunbeds, overlooking the lush garden with views of Dilos, Syros, Tinos islands, and the Aegean Sea. Guests can easily access the main house through the garden or the exterior corridor along the pool.

Available upon request, Villa Cassis offers a climate change resilient fee of 15 € per villa per night, in accordance with Greek Law Regulations.
