Boasting a living area of 270 sq. m., the villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

The villa's location is very convenient, offering guests easy access to a variety of amazing beaches that are in close proximity, allowing for endless days of sun, sea, and sand.
Inclusions and Additional Fee:
Guests can enjoy a daily continental breakfast with chef service and night guard services from 22:00 to 06:00. Please note that as per Greek Law Regulations, there is an extra climate change-resilient fee of 15 € per villa per night, which is not included in the rental rate.

After choosing a property, it is required to place a deposit to secure the villa. The outstanding rental balance will be payable between two months and the check-in date, depending on the specific property and the terms of the agreement.
