Great experience with Black Book thanks to Alina and Alex. Sometimes things happen out of a company's control and this review is to say that Black Book know how to problem solve and make things right! THIS is what makes a company great. It´s easy to say 5* when all runs smoothly, but sometimes harder when things are bumpy(again – out of their control! Impacts of the pandemic etc.). Black Book comms were timely, polite and proactive and for that I´d use them again and again. We finally made it to Ibiza (a year later than planned ) and the villa was AMAZING. Clean and with the most beautiful views and stunning amenities. The team was on hand all trip to support with bookings and orders on Whatsapp. Keep it up Black Book this is how is is done! Thank you for giving 10 of us the holiday of a lifetime.

I have known Alex and Claire from my early days in Ibiza, so when searching for my new base in 2014 they were my obvious call. They came up with exactly what i was looking for.. An amazing place that's still my ibiza home today. Great service, highly recommended.

I’ve been working with Blackbook for the past 5 years for our Mixmasters music production retreats. They always manage to find exactly the right villa, quickly, which is hard to find with Ibiza real estate agents. Even during the pandemic when we all took a big hit, Alex &Alina bent over backwards to help us out. I’m proud to now class them as friends. Alex and his team at Black Book got us out of a huge pickle. The owner of the villa we had booked informed us a week before our stay that he had double booked the villa. Through no fault of, and without the knowledge of, Black Book. Alex and the team put in a huge effort to find us a replacement villa for 16 people with a week’s notice and the villa we ended up with was definitely an upgrade, and we had the most phenomenal week to celebrate my 40th birthday. Once we had arrived they were in constant contact to check we were happy, and having a good time, and whether there was anything they could do for us. Massive thank you for giving us the perfect week.
